All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine/SUV, Sedan caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof(if any). Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Concerts, weddings, Special Event, and Sporting Event cancellations with less than a 7-day notice, prior to pick-up, are subject to forfeiture of $100.00 per vehicle. Cancellations 24 hours prior to event on any Stretch Limousine or Bus rental are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the total job cost.
Additional Stops are $10.00 – $50.00 each, plus gratuity, depending on vehicle type.
Minimum hourly bookings apply and vary by vehicle type and day of the week.
A vehicle of higher value may be substituted, in an emergency, at no additional cost to the client.
Car seat installation will be the responsibility of the passenger. Chauffeurs are not permitted to install any car seats.
Additional Time: Additional time for HOURLY JOB shall be charged by the hour or any portion of an hour thereof. Charges will reflect the hourly rate of the vehicle plus gratuity. Additional Time shall begin immediately upon completion of the contracted time. Or 15 Minutes after scheduled PICK UP at any location outside airport. Airport PICK UP waiting time starts once the plane is at the gate and any wait longer then 1 h from that moment will result in charge for any additional minutes.
Care of Vehicle: All vehicles are considered “Non-Smoking” vehicles. Client agrees to take care of the vehicle, its components and furnishings and maintain the vehicle in a neat and sanitary condition. At the chauffeur¿s discretion, the client agrees to be fully liable for all of the following charges that may occur.
1.) $10.00 – each missing or broken piece of glassware
2.) $25.00 – minimum extensive clean-up charge (spills, mud, candy, etc)
3.) $50.00 – minimum for detailing and waxing due to sickness outside of the vehicle
4.) $250.00 – minimum for shampooing and disinfecting inside of vehicle due to incontinence and or any other bodily fluids
5.) $100.00 – minimum for each burn hole or tear to the upholstery, carpet or any other vehicle components
6.) $100.00 – minimum for each and every act of vandalism
7.) $200- for each violation of the smoking rule as described above.
We recommend that all personal belongings and valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal effects, including luggage.
Client Behavior: Client is responsible for each guest, their actions and behavior as well as financially responsible for all damage to and / or property removed from the vehicle. Client is responsible for any and all costs of repair, related expenses and income lost due to damages. Clients and guests shall not use the vehicle in a disorderly manner, for unlawful purposes or in any manner that would constitute a breach of peace in accordance with local, state and federal law. MLL has a zero tolerance policy and will not tolerate the consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal drinking age or the use of any illegal drugs.
